COOKIES POLICY:

1. Cookie files (so-called „cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

a) adapting the content of the Website pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Website User’s device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;

c) maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;

Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

4. Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR”) to:
a) answering the query sent to the contact details provided on the website www.rototech.pro (art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO)
b) sending materials and valuations necessary to conclude a contract – based on your interest in our offer (art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO)
c) performance and on the basis of a contract when we have concluded it (art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO);
d) for analytical purposes [better selection of products and services to meet the needs of our clients, general optimization of our services, optimization of service processes, building knowledge about our clients, financial analysis of our company, etc.] being the implementation of our legally justified in this interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR);
dI) for archival (evidentiary) purposes which are the realization of our legally justified interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);
dII) for statistical purposes that are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
dIII) possible determination, investigation or defense against claims being the implementation of our legally justified interest in this matter (the basis of art.6 par.1 lit.f RODO);
dIV) customer satisfaction survey which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our service and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services (basis from Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR)
dV) conducting the recruitment process after the application of the user, based on the legal obligation of the administrator and consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a and c of the GDPR);
dVI) fulfilling legally binding obligations on the Data Administrator (art.6 par.1 lit.c RODO)
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary, which means that if they are not provided, the Administrator will not be able to process the request submitted by the User (e.g. he will not receive a reply to the sent question, he will not receive the newsletter, the offer, he will not take part in the recruitment ).
7. The User should not provide the Administrator with personal data of third parties. However, if he provides such data, he declares each time that he has the relevant consent of third parties to provide data to the Administrator
8. The administrator uses the IP addresses collected during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).
9. The User whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to data processing on the basis of the justified interest of the Administrator, the right to withdraw consent in at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing is based on consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The exercise of the rights specified in the paragraph above can be accomplished by sending a request to the e-mail address michal@berdek.com including the name and e-mail address of the user, via the contact form on the website www.berdek.com and also on the phone number+48602584899; or in writing to the address of our office, indicated in point 3.
11. The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
12. Users’ data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including relevant judicial authorities. Personal data may be transferred on order to processors, entities providing services in the field of legal, accounting, IT and Internet services, marketing agencies, and business partners. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization.
13. The administrator protects personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law, selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data processing and declares that only authorized persons have access to its databases.
14. Visitors to www.berdek.com can browse the website without providing personal data.
15. Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which they were sent, and after its expiry for the period necessary to secure or pursue any claims or fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations).
16. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner by the Administrator.
